Working principle


There are two ventilation methods for air coolers: blowing and induced draft Blowing type: Air first flows through the ventilation fan and then into the tube bundle Induced draft type: Air flows through the tube bundle first and then into the ventilation fan. The former has a more economical operating cost and generates turbulence that is beneficial for heat transfer, making it more commonly used. The latter has uniform airflow distribution, which is conducive to precise temperature control and low noise, and is the direction of development. The outlet temperature of the hot fluid is mainly controlled by adjusting the air flow through the tube bundle, such as adjusting the inclination angle of the blades, the speed of the ventilation fan, and the opening degree of the louvers. For fluids that are prone to condensation and freezing in winter, hot air circulation or steam heating can be used to adjust the outlet temperature of the fluid.
